Why is it that everything that is good in life does not come without a catch? I mean, Apple’s big surprise this year with the new iPhone was that it was so inexpensive. It made those who had bought the first generation only last year feel stupid for having spent so much money. It turns out though that it only costs so little if you have a contract with AT&T. Not everyone wants that provider, nor does everyone have the possibility such as those living in foreign countries. Bottom line is nice try Apple, but not good enough.
