Americans are known for being big drivers. This means that they are not big on walking from place to place but rather they drive everywhere. This is the case for most places other than places such as New York City. Most people own at least one car, usually two and they use them all of the time. That is about to chance since the prices of fuel are skyrocketing. It used to be cheaper in America than in other countries to buy fuel and now it is the other way around.
