Television Survey

It seems as though even technology can be boiled down to race. This has been shown through a survey taken in American households, asking who has digital TV sets and who relies on analog TVs, meaning over the air broadcast for their television service. This is important because next year all of the TV stations will be broadcasting digitally. It turns out that based on race, the percentage of those without digital TVs, changes. Hispanics are the ones with the highest percentage of individuals without digital TVs. They will have to get a converter in order to receive TV service.
