Once, companies did not have to worry so much about their customers being active and voicing their opinion since they seemed to generally be passive. Now, with the Internet, that has all changed. Not only do consumers discuss and review various products through online forums and blogs, but through videos as well. Recently a particular product was shown along with how easy it was to defeat its purposes. This video was seen by thousands. If a company wants to protect their name these days, they need to be extra careful that their customers will have every little to complain about, if not nothing.
