2008 will be a year in which cellular technology will change drastically, experts say. One way the cellular world will change is the implementation of VOIP on our cell phones. This has already begun with the introduction of phones like the Nokia E65, but it is expected to become much more mainstream in 2008, pretty exciting. I am sure the cellular providers do not think so.
