Although WAP was designed especially for cell phones and cellular Internet use, web which we have come to know and love on our home computers and which is now available on cellular phones, is far more superior. WAP uses less data than web, but it does not even come close to providing the same Internet experience as web does. Seeing everything in cell phone version gives one the feeling that they are being cheated from having real Internet.
