E-mail Feature in Web Hosting

Any hosting account would seem incomplete without a full assortment of e-mail capabilities. Website hosts give their individual users their own private e-mail account. E-mail that is received is stored on the server and can be accessed with the use of the correct username and password. An e-mail alias provides a pseudo-address on the server that forwards incoming mail to another address.

A pre-determined message can automatically be sent to users who e-mail an address on one’s account. This feature is suitable for frequently requested information that need not be manually responded to every time. An example of this is a request for a listing of a company’s product.
