One of the wonderful things about America is that it is so vast that each part of it is so different from the next in terms of climate, scenery, greenery, population and culture. New York is known to be busy and uptight while California on the opposite side is famous for its laid back lifestyle. Of course much of this is just generally speaking, but there is some truth to it after all California is sunny and beautiful which keeps people outdoors a lot. Being out in the sun makes people socialize more and thus friendlier. There are many wonderful things about California, and fantastic places. What’s also great about this state is that each city is so different from the other. Los Angeles is quite busy as California goes, but San Diego is more of a beach city.

La Jolla is part of San Diego County and has some fabulous real estate. It’s also a good location since the fires that have been raging in South California will not be reaching La Jolla. La Jolla Real Estate prices are fairly reasonable for what you get for your money, not to mention the beaches and stunning views.
