Easy Mixing

Those of you who love to bake must know that having a good mixer is essential for a recipe to turn out right. If the batter is not mixed properly, whatever it is that you’re making will not come out the way you’d like it to. No one likes to have lumps in their cake, cookies, or pies.

I love baking but before I had a proper mixer, baking was a pain. The mixer never did the job right and I always had to finish it off mixing by hand. Then I discovered the Hamilton Beach® Mixer and all of my mixing problems were solved. I was even able to make my favorite family recipe, banana chocolate chip cake, which my grandmother used to make. Since this recipe calls for extensive mixing, the Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer is perfect for the job. This Eclectrics® Mixer has twelve settings so you can have precise control over the mixing.

My favorite recipe comes out great thanks to the Hamilton Beach® Mixer. Anyone can make it with this mixer. It calls for 2 large bananas, ¼ cup orange juice, 1 ½ sticks of margarine, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, one teaspoon baking powder and one bag of chocolate chips. All you need to do is mash the bananas by hand and combine it with juice in one bowl. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and powder. In a Hamilton Beach® Mixer, cream the margarine eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add banana mixture and dry mixture alternately until mixed. Add chocolate chips and mix on low speed. Spread in greased pan and bake for forty five minutes. Then just let it cool, and enjoy.
